Mrs. Sonya Haddock Holley

Mrs. Sonya Haddock Holley, 38, of 815 Cherry Road, Washington, died Sunday, August 12, 2007 at the Beaufort County Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service with Rev. Marc Swanner and Eddie Bowen officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night, August 14, 2007 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service, and other times at the home of her parents, Bobby and Linda Haddock, 849 Cherry Road, Washington, NC.
Mrs. Holley was born May 30, 1969 in Beaufort County. She was the daughter of Bobby and Linda Toler Haddock. She was a graduate of S.D. Lee High School in Mississippi and attended Beaufort Community College and Pitt Community College. She was the operations manager for Twin Lakes Camping Resort in Chocowinity. Sonya was married to Charles R. Holley, Jr., who survives. She attended Old Ford Church of Christ in Washington.
Survivors include her husband, Charles R. Holley, Jr.; her parents, Bobby and Linda Toler Haddock of Washington; her son, Hunter Reid Holley of the home; and two sisters, Donna Hodges Tyndall of Conroe, TX and Dee Haddock Cannon of Chocowinity and her maternal grandmother, Ola Louise Toler.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lonnie and Dorothy Burroughs Haddock, maternal grandfather, Robert M. Toler, Sr., her brother, Donald Eugene Hodges and her niece, Jennifer Louise Tyndall.
