Ms. Mary Louise Liverman, 77, of 4748 Old Highway 64, Columbia, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2007, at Albemarle Hospital, Elizabeth City.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. John Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Lawrence Satchell officiating. Burial will follow in Liverman family cemetery in Columbia.
Ms. Liverman was born in Tyrrell County on July 7, 1930. She was the daughter of Callie Alexander and the late James G. Liverman. She was retired from Civil Service.
Survivors include one son, Myron Hill of Hertford; one daughter, Ingres Simpson of New Jersey; one brother, James B. Liverman of Columbia; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
