Mrs. Anne Lesniewicz Bourvic, age 91, of 131 Hill Creek Rd., Blounts Creek, died Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at her home.
Funeral Mass services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 18, 2007 at the Mother of Mercy Catholic Church and will be conducted by Father Arturo Cabra.
Mrs. Bourvic was born in Toledo, OH on November 24, 1915 to the late Frank and Jennie Sitarski Lesniewicz and on December 31, 1937, she married Jean Louis Bourvic who preceded her in death on November 13, 1976. Mrs. Bourvic was a member of the St. Judes Roman Catholic Church in Mastic Beach, NY for 60 years and was a member of the Mother of Mercy Catholic Church during her time in North Carolina.
Survivors include one daughter, Frances Bourvic Marsh and husband Bruce of Blounts Creek; one son, Jean Mathieu Bourvic and wife Atika of Overland Park, KS; 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, two brothers and one sister.
The family received friends Wednesday evening at Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
