Mrs. Mary Lizzie Spruill Honablew, 83, of 1084 U.S. Highway 64 East, Plymouth, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2007, at Plumblee Nursing Home, Plymouth.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Creswell School with the Rev. Jimmie Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in Honablew family cemetery, Creswell.
Mrs. Honablew was born in Washington County on Nov. 21, 1923. She was the daughter of the late Bessie Spruill and Levy Bennett. She was a widow.
Survivors include five sons, James Honablew, George Honablew, Timothy Honablew, Gary Honablew and Andra Honablew, all of Creswell; five daughters, Alvaria Leigh, Annie Brickhouse and Romel Honablew, all of Creswell, Jean Honablew of New York and Deborah Honablew of Roper; three sisters, Annie Payne, Agnes Norman and Jennette Leigh, all of Creswell; 35 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
