Mr. James M. Swinton died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md.
The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Evelena Swinton Adams, 708 Boston Ave., Washington.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
