Mrs. Florence Marie Chase Leavitt, 68, of Three Rivers Health and Rehab, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2007.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m.Wednesday at the Roxobel-Kelford Cemetery with the Rev. Doug Spivey officiating.
Mrs. Leavitt was born in Burlington Flats, N.Y., daughter of the late Clarence and Emma Green Chase. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Marie L. Harrell of Kelford and Christine L. Deloach of Oneonta, N.Y.; one son, Everrett Leavitt of Mohawk, N.Y.; one sister, Dorothy Brown of Utica, N.Y.; one brother, Robert Leavitt of Mohawk, N.Y., 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231.
Waker Funeral Home of Windsor is serving the Leavitt family.
