GREENVILLE — Mrs. Mary DuVal Renn, 49, died Tuesday, January 1, 2008.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 4 p.m. in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. Renn was a graduate of Washington High School, and received a Business degree from East Carolina University. She was employed with AccuCopy for 20 years as an accountant, retiring in 2002 due to disability. Mrs. Renn was a member of the Young Life Committee of Pitt County. She was an avid reader and enjoyed the outdoors and nature.
She was preceded in death by her son, William Marshall Renn, mother, Ann Duke DuVal, stepmother, Sue Moody-DuVal, and brother, Marc DuVal.
She is survived by her: husband, Wayne Renn; daughter, Elizabeth Renn Harr and husband, Joshua, of Kinston; granddaughter, Madison Anne Harr, of Kinston; father, Marshall P. DuVal, of Grimesland; nephew, Jackson DuVal, of Greenville; and niece, Courtney Renn, of Atlanta.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Mike and Becky Renn, 603 Kensington Dr., Greenville.
