Mr. Philip Bradford Williams, 95, formerly of Wicomico, Va., died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008 at the home of his daughter, Barbara W. Craig, 145 Riverboat Drive, Washington.
Burial will be in Richmond, Virginia.
Arrangements will be announced by Hillside Funeral Service.
