Mr. Frankie Warren Furlough Sr., 47, of 44 McCombs Lane, Plymouth, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008 at Beaufort County Hospital.
Mr. Furlough was born May 9, 1960 in Washington County, son of Charles Warren Furlough Jr. and Velma Davis Edmondson. He was a horticulturalist and a self-employed contractor. He also lived in Chesapeake, Va. before moving back to Plymouth.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta Kane Furlough of Plymouth; one daughter, Tiffany Gayle Furlough of Plymouth; three sons, Jason Furlough of Chesapeake, Va., Frankie Furlough of Chocowinity and Christopher Wayne Furlough of Plymouth; father, Charles Furlough of Roper; mother Velma Faye Edmondson of Blounts Creek; four sisters, Teresa Cherry of Washington, Kimberly Jackson of Edenton and Stacey Beatty and Samantha Edmondson, both of Blounts Creek; two brothers, Wayne Furlough of Chocowinity and Donnie Beatty of Blounts Creek and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 1740 Broadway, New York, NY 10019.
A memorial service will be held at a later date..
