Thanks to a Crime Stoppers tip, Dallas Earl Brooks Sr. of Boston Avenue, Washington, was arrested for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Now, Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture a thief. Some time on or about Saturday, Feb. 9, a 555 D Ford backhoe was stolen from a residence on the Dixon Road, Chocowinity. If you have any information about this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 974-6400.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property in this case.
