A service in celebration of the life of Frances Alvis Hulbert will be held on Friday, March 14 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Washington, N.C., followed by burial in the Chapel Garden.
Memorial gifts may be made to the charity of one’s choice or to one of the following: the Irwin and Frances Hulbert Endowment Fund, care of Beaufort County Community College Foundation, or to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Hulbert Memorial Fund for the support of the Summer Swimming Lessons Program through the City of Washington Aquatic Center.
