Mr. Joseph Linton Woolard of 2706 Waterford Place, Greenville, died Sunday, May 11, 2008.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Davenport Temple Church of God in Christ with Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
Mr. Woolard was born Sept. 20, 1945, the son of Arthur J. and Clara Boyd Woolard. He served as a sergeant in the Air Force. He was married to Olivia May Woolard, who survives. He was a member of Davenport Temple Church of God in Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Tammier, Patrisha Monique and Jessica Woolard; one son, Joseph Woolard Jr.; two sisters, Valarie Sexton and Linda Styles; four brothers, Melvin, Erral, Raymond and Jimmy Woolard and five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 7-8 p.m. at Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
