Ms. Delores Jean Potter, 52, a resident of 200 Clinton Ave., Washington, died Friday, June 27, 2008.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Pamlico Memorial Gardens with Derik Davis officiating.
Derek Wallace, Jason Potter, Robert Potter, Charles Asby, Nathan Asby and Rudy Roberson will serve as pallbearers.
Ms. Potter was born in Beaufort County on July 12, 1955. She was the daughter of the late Owen Potter and Annie Belle Henries Potter. She was a graduate of Washington High School. She was employed as a traveling medical lab technician.
Survivors include a daughter, Coley Asby of Washington; a son, Clinton Asby of Washington; two brothers, Jimmy Potter of Pinetown and Robert Potter of Washington; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
