Mr. James Alton “Rudy” Myrick of 109 Price St., Williamston, died Saturday, July 19, 2008.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in St. Mark Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Everetts, with Elder James Mackey officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston.
Mr. Myrick was born in Martin County on Sept. 13, 1945. He was the son of the late Queen Bagowitz and James Hillard. He was married to Juanita Myrick, who survives. He had worked as a machine operator. He was a member of St. Mark Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ).
Survivors include two daughters, Tavara Myrick of the home and Shamaine Williams of Greenville; four sons, Ontario Myrick of the home, Milton Williams of Williamston, and Arnold Williams and Bobby Williams of Everetts and one grandchild.
The family will receive friends today from 7-9 p.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Everetts.
