Ms. Laverne “Moont” Crandall, 62, of 1455 Sticks Road, Washington died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Triumph Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Crandall Cemetery.
Ms. Crandall was a 1965 graduate of G.R. Whitfield High School. She retired from Singleton Furniture Co.
Survivors include four sisters, Hattie Burrell of Detroit, Mich., Linda Crandall and Brenda Bell, both of Washington, and Carolyn Sheppard of Greenville; and three brothers, Allen “Suga Pig” Crandall of Washington, Claude Crandall Jr. of Durham and Walter Davis Crandall of Richmond, Va.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at W.E. Flanagan Memorial Funeral Home in Greenville.
