Ms. Cathy “Alisa” Rowe, 41, of 3717 N.C. Highway 171 North, Washington died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Oakdale Cemetery, Washington with Eddie Bowen officiating.
Ms. Rowe was born in Beaufort County on Nov. 29, 1966. She was the daughter of Carolyn Ann Barrow Buck of Washington.
Survivors include two daughters, Brittny Erin Ellis and Brooke Annalyn Sullivan Rowe, both of Washington; one brother, Jason Ray Buck of Simpson; one sister, Tammy Ellis of Merritt Island, Fla.; and her stepfather, Troy Lee Buck of Washington.
The family will receive friends at the home.
