Ms. Carolyn J. Reddick-Pigford, 54, of 6748 Clark’s Neck Road, Washington, and formerly of Durham, died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008, at the home of her brother, Henry Reddick, 6748 Clark’s Neck Road, Washington.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Randolph Funeral Home Chapel, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington, with Pastor Clara Albritton officiating. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.
Mrs. Pigford was born Jan. 9, 1954, in Beaufort County. She was the daughter of the late Phalia Pierce Reddick and Samuel H. Reddick. She was a 1972 graduate of Washington High School. Her employment was a deputy clerk with the Durham County Clerk of Superior Court, Durham.
Survivors include one sister, Clayvon Reddick of Washington; four brothers, William Reddick of Greenville, Bobby Reddick of Queens, N.Y., and Henry Reddick and Richard Reddick, both of Washington.
Family visitation will be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Randolph Funeral Home Chapel, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington, and other times at the home of her brother, Henry Reddick, 6748 Clark’s Neck Road, Washington.
