William Bright “Bill” Moore, III of Kinston, formerly of Blounts Creek and Washington, passed away Friday, September 5, 2008, at Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston.
Bill was born in Sacramento, California on November 21, 1955 to Lucille Mayo Moore and the late William Bright Moore, Jr. He is survived by his daughter Jessica M. Taylor, her husband Joseph and their children, Leah, Emma and Landon of New Bern, his mother, Lucille Moore and his sister, Brenda Jackson both of Washington and his brother Dalton Moore and wife, Martha of Louisburg.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, William B. Moore, Jr. and a brother, Russell Moore.
It was Bill’s wish to be cremated and in the spirit of Bill’s lifestyle, family and friends will gather for a time of visitation to share memories at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Washington.
