WILLIAMSTON — Mr. William D.B. Rogerson, 78, of 106 Carolina Avenue, Williamston, died Saturday.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Martin Memorial Gardens with Rev. Adron Modlin officiating.
Mr. Rogerson was born on March 5, 1930 in Martin County. He was the son of the late Mamie Rogerson. On Oct. 30, 1949, he married Lola Peele of Williamston, who survives. He was a supervisor at a Dominion North Carolina Power substation. He was a member of the Williamston First Christian Church.
Survivors include one son, Billy B. Rogerson of Williamston; one daughter, Robin Rogerson Hardison of Williamston; two grandsons.
The family will receive friends today from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the home.
