Mr. Donald Edgar Rankin, Jr., age 55, a resident of 11225 Hwy. 99 S., Bath, NC, passed away September 23, 2008.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Bonner Point in Bath with David Mason officiating.
