Mr. Larry G. Mozingo, 87, of Greenville died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Wilkerson Funeral Home, Greenville. Burial will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Mozingo was born in Pitt County. He was the owner and operator of Larry G. Mozingo Insurance Agency. He was married to Kathleen Allen Mozingo, who preceded him in death. He was a lifelong member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathryn Mozingo James and Sue Mozingo Williams, both of Greenville; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Rosa M. Beverly of Jacksonville, Fla., Ruth M. Ballenger of Lakeland, Fla., and Joyce M. Cutler of Washington.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Mozingo and Alan Mozingo and three sisters, Bruce M. Hemby, Clara M. Allen and Kathleen M. Bowen.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home, Greenville.
