A graveside memorial service for Mrs. Eugenia Passailaigue Gibbs will be held at 11 a.m. today at Oakdale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be sent to: Friends of the Brown Library, 122 Van Norden Street, Washington, NC 27889 or to the charity of one’s choice.
