Mrs. Victoria Cooper Blount of 285 Juniper Bay Road, Swan Quarter, died Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
