Mrs. Virginia Chapman died Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at Beaufort County Hospital, Washington.
The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Susan Ann Windley, 425 Gladden St., Washington.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
