Mrs. Annie Mae Hardison Goodrich, 81, of 1671 W. Commerce St., Hassell died Monday, Dec. 8, 2008.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Lilley officiating. Burial will follow in Oak City Cemetery.
Mrs. Goodrich was born in Martin County on Sept. 22, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Ethel Williams and Johnnie Franklin Hardison. On Feb. 4, 1984, she married Willie Lewis Goodrich, who survives. She was a homemaker. She attended Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Louise Wynne of Williamston and Sheryl East of Youngsville; two sons, Clarence Hardison and Horace Hardison, both of Bear Grass; one brother, Archie Hardison of Hassell; three sisters, Alice Faye Bame, Sandra Reason and Lillian Head, all of Williamston; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 7-8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
