A memorial service for Mrs. Frances Kugler “Franke” Rumley will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 at the First Presbyterian Church.
The family will receive friends today from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home.
