Miss Edna Brown of 409 Gladden St., Washington, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at Beebe Memorial C.M.E. Church with the rev. Edward Moultrie officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Miss Brown was born March 12, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Cleveland St. Clair and Pina E. Brown. She attended P.S. Jones High School. She was a member of Beebe Memorial C.M.E. Church.
Survivors include: one son, Darrell Maurice “Buddy” Brown of Washington, and one brother, Roy Lee Brown of Washington.
Visitation will be today from 2 to 7 p.m. at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel and other times at the home, 409 Gladden St., Washington.
