Mr. Gunther Bienes of Havre de Grace, Md., died Monday, Feb. 23, 2009.
Mr. Bienes body was willed to science. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Bienes was born in Frankfurt, Germany, on Feb. 22, 1927.
Survivors include his wife, Erna Bienes; Jerry Bienes of Washington and Nick Bienes of North Chathan, New York.
