The Rev. Wade Patrick, 74, of 97 Folly Road, Plymouth, died Monday, March 30, 2009, at Washington County Hospital in Plymouth.
The family will receive friends at the home.
Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
