Led by star Faith Hardison, the Williamston golf team will be participating in the N.C. High School Athletic Association Class 1-A state golf meet Monday and Tuesday.
The state meet will be held Siler City Country Club in Siler City.
Hardison, who will play at East Carolina University next year, will tee off at 9:20 a.m. Monday.
The senior is joined by Tigers’ teammates Cash Green (9:30 a.m. tee off), Braxton Squires (9:40 a.m. tee off), Ryan Kennedy (9:50 a.m. tee off), Clay Holliday (10 a.m. tee off) and Keith Paggette (10:10 a.m. tee off).
Williamston, coached by Freddie Jackson, finished seventh in last year’s state meet.
