Mr. Fred R. Harwell Sr., 99, a resident of 201 Magnolia Drive, Pamlico Village in Washington, died Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at Wake Forrest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
