Mrs. Lula M. Spencer of 7078 Terra Ceia Road, Pantego, died Monday, June 1, 2009, at Pungo District Hospital in Belhaven. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
