Mr. Jesse Blount of 115 Beulah Lane, Washington, died Monday, June 22, 2009 at Clara Manor in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Teresa Blount, 218 E. Seventh St., Washington. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 Bonner St., Washington.
