Mrs. Shirley Beatrice Small, of 3647 N.C. Highway 30, Stokes, died Saturday, July 4, 2009, at Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Midwestern Regional Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by the Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
