Mr. Rickie D. Tuten of Chesapeake, Va., died Thursday, July 2, 2009. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
