Mrs. Ida Estelle Wrighton Norman, 80, of 8556 N.C. Highway 32 North, Roper, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009, at Washington County Hospital in Plymouth. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Shiloh Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, Roper. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service of Roper. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service of Roper.
