The Rev. Wayne Esmond Thomas, 78, of 4170 VOA Road, Washington, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, at his home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oakdale Cemetery, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
