Mrs. Catherine Smallwood of 819 N. Bridge St., Washington, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at Beaufort County Medical Center in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
