Mr. Frank Treavis Taylor, 74, of 107 Capehart Church Road, Merry Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009, at Chowan Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Capehart Baptist Church with the Rev. Jake Dunlow officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
