Mr. James Ray Selby, 84, of Aurora, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern. A graveside service will be conducted today at 11 a.m. in Rosewood Memorial Park in Virginia Beach, Va. Local arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home &Crematory of New Bern.
