Mr. Billy Ray Clark, Sr., age 52, a resident of 1447 Sticks Road, Washington died Tuesday afternoon October 20, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Clark was born in Pitt County on July 8, 1957, son of the late Jesse Woodrow Clark and Helen Louise Arnold Clark. He was employed with Whitehurst Fence as an installer.
Mr. Clark is survived by his two sons: Billy Ray Clark, Jr. and Christopher James Brann both of Greenville; four brothers: Jesse Woodrow Clark, Jr. and Bobby Lane Clark both of Washington, Curtis Lee Clark of Clinton and Dennis James Clark of Chocowinity and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday October 24, 2009 at the home of his brother, Bobby Clark located at 1064 North Grimesland Bridge Road, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Billy Ray Clark, Sr. Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 1465, Washington, NC 27889.
