Services for Rafael Brown-Rosa, 67, of 27364 U.S. Highway 264 East, Pantego, who died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 25319 U.S. Highway 264, Pantego. The family will receive friends after the service at the Beaufort County Alumni Building, Swamp Road, Pantego. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
