Mr. Virgil Wayne Hoggard, 56, of the 200 block of W. St. Elmo St., Windsor died Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at Norfolk General Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Walker Funeral Home, Windsor with the Rev. Allen Harmon officiating. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home of Vicki Leggett, 315 George Leggett Road, Windsor. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
