Mrs. Elaine Del-Pan Jennings, 84, of 430 U.S. Highway 17 North, Windsor died Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at the Brian Center of Windsor. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Edgewood Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Carroll Tarkington officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
