Elder Elnaám Brown, 79, resident of 1743 John Small Ave., Washington died Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at his home.
A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in the Temple of Jesus Christ with Bishop Robert D. Ross, officiating. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
Elder Brown was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Korean War. He was a member of the Washington-Norfolk District Assembly Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) where he served on the Council Board. He was the former Pastor of St. Paul COC and St. John COC in Belhaven.
A walk in visitation will be conducted Monday, May 3, 2010, 1-7 p.m. at the chapel.
The family will receive friends at the home.
