Mr. William Borden “Bill” Reynolds, 74, of Manteo died Thursday, May 6, 2010, at home. A celebration of his life will be held today at 6 p.m. at Roanoke Island Presbyterian Church in Manteo. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
