Mr. James Mitchell Phelps, 79, of Creswell died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell with the Rev. Dalma Cribb officiating. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
