Mr. Fred Tucker, 62, of 407 E. Third St., East Haven Apartments, Washington, died Monday, May 17, 2010. A funeral will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday in Beebe Chapel CME Church, Washington with the Rev. Joniece Carroll officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Alice Hardy, 1004 Washington St., Washington. Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
