Ms. Naomi White McGowan, 83, of 119 Gatlin St., Williamston, died Friday, May 28, 2010, at Williamston Rehab Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston and McCrery Funeral Home in Wilmington, Del.
