Mr. Frederick Turner Smith, age 60, a resident of 234 East 2nd Street, Washington, died Friday, May 28, 2010.
A memorial service will be held 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Harvest Church, conducted by Tad Tankard.
Mr. Smith was born in Providence, Rhode Island on September 14, 1949. He was the son of the late Turner Frederick Smith and Mary Lindon Hughes Smith. He was a member of Harvest Church.
Mr. Smith is survived by his son, Joel Frederick Smith and his mother, Kathryn Smith; his step daughters, Christie Reith Spivey and her husband, Michael Lee Spivey; Rebekah Reith Madre and her husband, Charles Jason Madre and their daughter, Norah Elizabeth Madre; and his sister, Roberta Smith DeRosa and her husband, Jim DeRosa and their son, Jimmy DeRosa.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Harvest Church.
